Our Greater Boston Home Team members are serious about safeguarding our health and the health of the clients and customers that we meet with every day.
We will meet or exceed CDC COVID guidelines because we understand that even though our teammates are fully vaccinated there is still a chance that we could be exposed to a COVID infected person that has no symptoms and then we risk getting infected and/or passing the COVID infection to our loved ones, our clients and customers. Therefore, we will continue to take the following steps:
REGARDING GBHT TEAM MEMBERS:
To avoid potentially infecting ourselves and others, GBHT teammates will wear masks that cover our nose and mouths while we are indoors or in close contact with clients and customers.
REGARDING OPEN HOUSES:
For the protection of ourselves and those living in the properties that we represent, we require that people attending our open houses wear masks, unless instructed otherwise by our seller-clients and that instruction follows local and/or other requirements.
REGARDING PROPERTY VIEWINGS:
We ask that our sellers and buyer-clients help us by wearing a mask that covers your nose and mouth while you are in a property with us or in close contact elsewhere to help us avoid contracting and/or spreading COVID.
It is our hope that by taking these simple steps to protect our health and that of those around us, we will all stay healthy and get one step closer to putting COVID behind us sooner, rather than later.
