Paul J. Frank
Paul Frank earned his real estate license in 1994. He also has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and 12 years as a Business Manager.
In 1996, he founded Homefinders Buyer Agency, in Foxborough, MA which was one of the first exclusive buyer’s brokerage offices in Eastern Massachusetts.
As President of the Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents, he worked to bring buyer agency into the mainstream in our state, assuring that buyers and sellers were finally able to elect to be exclusively represented by separate real estate agents in their transactions.
Paul expanded the services of Homefinders to include exclusive seller representation, bringing sellers a solid understanding of the buyer’s expectations when looking at homes and condos.
He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture and furthered his education at Wentworth Institute of Technology. He has a Construction Supervisor License and is a member of the Foxvox Toastmasters Club and the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce.
Paul is always happy to arrange referrals to qualified agents in our exclusive North American network for those that are relocating to almost any location in the U.S. or Canada.
When clients of Greater Boston Home Team work with Paul, they benefit from expertise that goes well beyond the skills of the typical real estate agent.
“The time and energy you saved us in finding our home continues to astound us. From locating prospective houses, to steering us to a great mortgage-financing plan, to recommending home inspectors, you were with us every step of the way.” – Ray and Judy
